Privacy Policy
Collection of Access Data and Log Files
My hosting provider collects access data (including your IP address, name of the accessed page, date and time of access, transferred data volume, status code, browser type and version, operating system and referring URL) on the basis of my legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. EU GDPR for each access to the server hosting this service. Temporary storage of your IP address is necessary to enable delivery of the website to your device. Permanent storage in log files takes place only in a fully anonymised form.
Use of Contact Form
By using the contact form, you give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a. EU GDPR that your name, email address, subject and your message as entered by you will be transmitted to me by email for the purpose of contacting you. For security reasons, the date, time, your IP address and the user agent from which you sent the message will also be collected and transmitted.
Integration of YouTube Third-party Services and Content
On the basis of my legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. EU GDPR, I use third party content and services from YouTube, a provider of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This means that YouTube is using your IP address because YouTube cannot send content to your browser without an IP address. Use of these services requires your prior consent and is subject to YouTube’s terms of use and privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Deletion of Data
Unless expressly stated in this privacy policy, collected data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary for its intended purpose, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
If data is not deleted because it is needed for other lawful purposes, its processing will be restricted in accordance with legal requirements.

You have the right to access your personal information at any time. You also have the right to rectify your data. You may request that data be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. If such an obligation exists, I will block your data upon request. You may make changes or withdraw your consent by notifying me and these changes will take effect for future data processing.
Use of Data Provided by Me
The use of published contact data by third parties for advertising purposes is prohibited. I reserve the right to take legal action against unsolicited mailing or e-mailing of spam and other similar advertising materials.
